The following schedules are for weekly classes at both the Calcium and Lowville studios.
The only exceptions are:
     - the first Saturday of every month, when all classes meet at the Lowville studio for a combined
       Monthly workout, and
     - the last Saturday of every month, when testing is normally conducted.
